I made root beer float cupcakes! I was really excited until a google search let me know I was not the first person to think this up. Oh well. Nihil sub sole novum, right?
I made cupcakes for our guests yesterday. Red velvet with cream cheese icing and chocolate with peanut butter icing! All vegan.
It’s not even noon yet and I’ve baked eighteen chocolate mint cupcakes with mint cream cheese icing, trimmed my bangs, did all the dishes, put on make-up, and brushed my teeth.
And I’m wearing a cute outfit to boot. Oh, and it’s my last day of work. Today is an excellent day already.
